A look into the past

I'm one of those poeple who loves clasic films such as: Bringing up baby (1938), Gone with the wind (1939),The Great Dictator (1940), Gilda (1946),The African Queen (1951), An American in Paris (1951), Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (1958), Giant (1956), Rebel Without a Cause, Sissi (1955), Sissi- The young Empress (1956) and Sissi- Fateful Years of an Empress (1957), Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961)

Please be conscious about that, remember all these films and more, they deserve that, for me (and I'm sure there're a lot of people who will be agree with me) that period/era was THE GOLDEN AGE for CINEMA, which actually it is called THE GOLDEN AGE OF HOLLYWOOD.

Hawaii Five-0

Hawaii Five-0 debuted on CBS, the same network that aired the original version. Like the original version, it follows an elite state police unit/task forceset up to fight crime in the state of Hawaii. It premiered on Monday, September 20, 2010, 42 years to the day from the premiere of the original show, September 20, 1968. On October 21, 2010, CBS announced that Hawaii Five-0 had been given a full season order of 24 episodes.

On May 15, 2011, the series was renewed for a second season, which premiered on September 19, 2011. 

On March 14, 2012, CBS renewed Hawaii Five-0 for a third season.

Summary: The series covers the actions of a small special state task force created by the Governor of Hawaii to investigate serious crimes throughout the Islands, as Hawaii does not have a conventional state police force. The team is headed by Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett, USNR as it investigates crimes ranging from terrorism to kidnapping. McGarrett chooses as his partner Honolulu PD Detective Danny Williams. He fills out the team by selecting Chin Ho Kelly, and Chin's cousin, a rookie HPD cop named Kono Kalakaua. The task force does not follow the normal chain of command and instead reports directly to the Governor's office.

I recomend watch it, because it's an interesting serie and have a lot of good scenes of humor mixed with action! 

MAX AZRIA

Max Azria is a French fashion designer of Tunisian Jewish descent who founded the contemporary women's clothing brand BCBGMAXAZRIA. Azria is also the designer, chairman and CEO of BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, a global fashion house that encompasses over 20 brands. He is based in Los Angeles.

There are so many things that seem more interesting or important than getting a few more hours of sleep. But just as exercise and nutrition are essential for optimal health and happiness, so is sleep. The quality of your sleep directly affects the quality of your waking life, including your mental sharpness, productivity, emotional balance, creativity, physical vitality, and even your weight. No other activity delivers so many benefits with so little effort!

So organize your activities during the day, to sleep at least 7-8 hours. Your body will appreciate it.

Let’s keep us healthy

A healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve general health. It is important for lowering many chronic health risks, such as obesity, heart disease,diabetes, hypertension and cancer.

I know we like fast food, and all that kind, and I'm the first one to admit it, I usually eat pizza every single tuesday, because a restaurant has an ofert on tuesdays, but the rest of the week, to make up for it, I eat vegetables such us lettuce, tomatos, carrots, corn (not so much but it counts), meat, because we need the proteins that meat provide us, the same happen with fish and eggs. Drinks like orange juice or lemon juice to help us with Vitamine C, drink milk to give our body calcium. Eat fruit as much as you can. Bread sometimes, do not abuse of food like cookies, fried food, etc. And please TRY TO AVOID ALCOHOL.
