Let’s keep us healthy

healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve general health. It is important for lowering many chronic health risks, such as obesityheart disease,diabeteshypertension and cancer.
I know we like fast food, and all that kind, and I'm the first one to admit it, I usually eat pizza every single tuesday, because a restaurant has an ofert on tuesdays, but the rest of the week, to make up for it, I eat vegetables such us lettuce, tomatos, carrots, corn (not so much but it counts), meat, because we need the proteins that meat provide us, the same happen with fish and eggs. Drinks like orange juice or lemon juice to help us with Vitamine C, drink milk to give our body calcium. Eat fruit as much as you can. Bread sometimes, do not abuse of food like cookies, fried food, etc. And please TRY TO AVOID ALCOHOL.
